Gold Amber has risen, I theres a bit of demand for them atm, and people trying to make profit etc.
Most rares seem to be at the same price though, some people adding a couple of norms to there offer or reducing in some cases

What i was gunna add, is about the hoot poster...
I saw some in my mates room, there not in catalogue and not on any rare section of habbox... unless i missed them,

Very good report again.
Good layout, use of pictures, colour. Also you could try and comment on each rare individually. Just makes it easier to distiguish what rares your talking about. +REP

The hoot poster isn't on habbox and it should be in the 'Miscellaneous Rares' section, so I will make sure it is added for you
