pc question about cod 2 HELP

Hey people, would you assist me with telling me if cod 2 would work i dont care about smoothly or not reccomended but would it work. My pc requirements are
80 gb hardrive
1 gb ram
1.6 ghz
Intel centrino duo
I think im not sure i think the chipset is a intel one?

No intel graphics work on cod I asked activision like a year ago

If any games you try say taht your graphics fail then either the game won't start or you'll get about 5fps which is unplayable
