So, twice I've done it, it said I had got the code, and when I checked I didn't have the email. I know it's the right address and everything but this is twice on seperate days that I haven't got the email to get the item.

Yeah, I have. Plus, it's a googlemail account and I thought they always got the habbo emails, which is why I'm using a gmail account.

i'm using mail.com

just sign up using www.mail.com - there are some problems but it accepts Habbo.
