    Default shaking?

I've been shaking, like - slightly, for about 2 days now

mainly in my fingers and (lower) legs...

it's weird.. I doubt it's caffeine, although I do drink a lot - I've been doing so for a long time and haven't drunk more than usual :s

any suggestions on what it could be?

hmm just your legs and fingers? Wierd.

Well i use to shake all over my body when i was 11 i think. For a couple of days when i was in my bed. I was boiling hot and then some days i was just shaking. It finally stopped though.

It more than likely is the caffeine.

Yeh, just because you haven't drunk more than you have drunk in the past doesn't rule caffeine out.

Have you been out in the cold for a long period of time lately? Although you'd probably be shaking all over then.

i've not been outside for a long period of time, but the temp here has dropped kind abruptly from 35C to 13C - although that's not really cold, it is a pretty big difference

perhaps it has something to do with that

My maths teacher has like his whole arm and hand shaking. It's quite odd coz wen hes writing u can tell and if hes holding a pen or showing u a piece of paper.

    I'm not sure.
