    Default Neck Pains

    Well I have got 2 long lines of pain going down my neck and back, so i cant bend ma head backwards and ive got a pain going across ma shoulder up ma neck what i belive is a trapped nerve.

    sounds pretty much like a trapped nerve, but you can't really do much about them. they just sort themselves out.

    We are not doctors - sounds to me as if you should get it checked so you know for sure. They can give you proper pain relief/anti inflammatory tablets as well to relieve any swelling.
