    Image - mode - Greystyle then copy and paste into new document is my method :p

    It would help if you told us what program you are using (what Aflux said)

    On most programs its normally called Greyscale (For example. Serif PhotoPlus its under Image >> Adjust >> Greyscale)

    Its easiest to do black and white in paint..

    Press ctrl+e and select the black and white box
    Coming and going...
    Highers are getting the better of me
