    Default death..

Okay, I knew it was going to happen. My uncle has had a brain tumour for quite a while and tonight he died. But I just feel so empty now, he was a big part of my life, and I can't really express my emotions to the rest of my family because I'm not that close to them. What should I do to cope with this death? Any ideas?

    RIP

my nan died in november. i stil think about her quite a lot but i cope with it by not talking about it for some reason? theres a few ways to cope: talk about it to someone else. teacher, friend etc. keep it to yourself [if it will help. dont keep it to yourself if it wont help] OR write like a diary or something about how you feel?

    hope everythings ok

My grandad died a few years ago, but I wasn't close to him because I was younger. I just seemed to be closer to my uncle. I don't know I just feel embarrassed talking to my family or friends about it.

I don't usually talk to people about it so I guess keeping it to myself seems better. Ah you sound like me!

Ah If you think keeping it to your self will help then do that. You shouldnt talk to people about it if you dont feel comfortable doing so Haha! Suppose we do sound alike!

Im sorry to hear that mate! I think the best way to try and cope with things, is to keep yourself busy. Im not saying don't think about it, but control how you think about it. Remember all the good times you had with yoru uncle, and then try and find lots of things to do to keep you occupied ;] Helped me when my nan died in Nov.
pm me for msypace and stuff yeh?

Man i know it cant bring your uncle back but just to let you know im here for you if u need a word.

Im no expert but my mum died on xmas day (funeral today)

What i did was just take mind of things and cried in my bedroom and start talking to her before i got to bed

when i say talk i mean like shes listening to me in heaven
