Im so annoyed twice now the game has like *Text Removed* up on live and i have gone down ranks and atm i can private chat with people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope it's not. It seems it goes down mainly at peak times in America. They can't cope with the amount of people on the game at the moment, according to what I heard anyway.
