Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't it show the username, password and database in the config.inc.php file?

I'm not sure it is able to find your password and user in the phpmyadmin?

To answers the above question about changing a sql password, you can do it via WHM.

    Go into phpmyadmin

    Click on

"Create new database" which is found on the 1st page of the phpmyadmin.

Enter the database, then go back to that page, and create a username and password.

    EDIT:

I just found out, let me explain...
