Half life 2 and Portal help.

Can anybody help me where I'm stuck on those 2 games?

Half life 2: I'm right at the start, gone through the gates things to where that real guy in a costume says to come in, then he says to pile up boxes to climb through window which I did and then once I was through the window there was no way to go btw, the window is the one on the top of the stairs right which are open? ye so I'm stuck in the place where there is a door a bit open but it wnt move.

Portal: I'm stck on that bit with like 3 platforms the one after you get that portal gun I open portals but it makes me go same way.

go to where the alley is
and check all the doors

and the one thats open abit, click all the buttons and it should open

and portal, you go into the orange portal. you dont enter the blue one.

click E to open doors.

I'm guessing you are new to this?

360 otherwise wouldn't be in microsoft or console gaming?

How do u get out of the roof place?

edit: never mind, done it.

theres a ledge along the front of the roofs. walk along there and you can jump into a window
