Hows this for ********?

Biology today. Every set in my year at college has being doing disection. I asked my teacher today, says we aren't, as we 'don't need to'. She says 'we did'nt disect the lungs. We talked about polar bears, and we didn't disect a polar bear, so don't need to a heart'. Hows that for a *Text Removed* reason? We didn't disect an indangered animal, so a heart which is going into the bin doesn't matter.

Turns out shes a veggie. Fair play to her, but why the **** should that effect everyone?

Anyone know if disection is part of A/S AQA Biology curriculum?
