Ok i was studying the air bike crucnh and some of the others and i noticed the affect way in they worked so i tried editing them abit and i though of this idea, i tried it myself and it worked the abs i think and the top of my legs aswell, its hard to explain you sit on the ground put your hands just widen the shoulder width behind you,and raise your legs abit and start kicking in and out i will show a diagram, i hope you understand what i mean, pretend your kicking sumthing right infront of you thats low down and keep repeating
Don't put your legs on the ground, i also notcied if you lean againist a chair and put arms behind your head and stretch abit aswell whilst tensing it works abit more
