Im a tad stuck.
I've got a marketing assignment, ive done the main part of it.
Im just stuck on the following section;
Task 3
You now need to look at various matters that may you need to be aware if marketing is to be successful.
- Outline the limitations and constraints on marketing. You must refer to legislation that directly impacts on marketers e.g. Trades Description Act 1968.
- You must include examples of voluntary constraints e.g. ASA (This provides partial evidence for P1)
If anyone can help, i'd be grateful.
Please don't be a uptight prune, and say 'Google', as that just wastes time for me, and you. I've already looked.
