Tests next week

I have my AIMS English test next week, AIMS are just state-wide tests, they're big and I need them to graduate.

Can anyone offer me a few tips?
We don't know the topic of the essay before we go in, it has to be exactly 5 paragraphs with no less than 5 and no more than 7 sentences in each one, and we need to state the thesis twice as usual.

Apparently the topic's going to be something that everyone can write about, but i'm just nervous that it's going to be on something that I know nothing about.

Fingers crossed I won't, but if I screw it up and don't pass I have another 4 chances to take it,
you can exceed in it too... if you exceed in all sections and have all As and ** in your classes, you can get a full scholarship to college... which i'm really aiming for, but after looking through some examples of exceeding essays in the past, i'm really starting to have doubts haha.

So, anyone got any tips?, i'm really nervous for it.
