I need something like that so people use a form to submit.

In the fields that need to be filled in like mail list name can you put 'MAIL LIST NAME HERE' or something, I'm a newb

Why don't u make a form to insert emails into a db then make a list send page that posts the mailing list and sends it to all with the php mail(); function?

Could ask Matt, or some PHPer, to make like a news manager,
But as Matt has said, use a database to store e-mails, you send the newsletter out to all registerred e-mails in the DB?
