Ok,, i've got 80M to spend from 81-99 Range
whats the best way?

what do i need to wear?
Were do i need to train?

Please tell me what i need to bring etc etc.
Want the fastest way.

If you look here, it'll give you a nice idea, but I'd suggest dhide or full void if you can, I think for what to wear, as for where to train, I don't really know.

what do i need to wear? whatever you can to get the highest possible range attack bonus

i did hear that they nerfed the xp you can get from chinning, not sure how good/bad the xp is now

Lvl 92 mummies in chaos tunnels are good.
About 20 of 'em constantly attack you and it's multi combat.
