    I have a feeling you mean Joomla.

    1 - Install KL PHP Mambot. Download here.
    2 - Install KL PHP Module. Download here.
    3 - Create a page and put this in it:

    Joomla is a CMS (Content Management System) like cutenews.. but alot better.
    Habbox use it, and Habbo Meadow used to.
