The title bars (the red boxes at the top of each content box) are too tall. Otherwise, it looks well done.

Its nice although lose the footballs
as said the headers are a little big.

Dislike the header-size, minus that and the footballs. It's very nice.

Scrap the footballs
Make the headers smaller
Do those and I think it will be one of the best layouts I've seen posted here.

It's nice, not too keen on the gold at top but that may be becasue it's not a .png
Overall, very nice layout - but I don't like your domain.
