I just wear my nike shorts, and teeshirt when im out running


or trackie bottoms if its cold....

As others have said, comfy socks so your feet don't rub; if the sun is low, a cap/shades.

Just clothes you feel comfortable in.

Which is usually joggin bottoms and a t-shirt.
Just make sure you take water, so maybe one ofthose belts that holds them? Or just carry it obviously lol

And i also thought it was going to be about clothes that can run:rolleyes:
