I want it so when u click contact us the whole page refreshes and not just the iframe, fan anyone help?

Ok you need to target the whole page, as its by default only tagets the page its in.

just add the target attribute and set it to top. aka target="_top"

if i rember correctly, if that doesnt work set it to _parent
