Just did a hell of a lot of researching for you, but cannot find the answer. Even found some forum where someone was asking the same questioin as you, but no one could answer either. Sorry.

couldn't manage to find that anywhere though.
the rapper actually sounds familiar but it could be anyone.
all i could find was another forum where someone else is trying to find out what the song is aha.
