So, I have my brothers computer so I was going to do a system restore to hopefully get it back to when it was wiped when he got it, but if I do this, will it remove all the games and other crap he has downloaded when he had it? Because that's what I'm hoping for and if it doesn't work I won't bother.

You can choose which program to delete.
Or if your going to reboot the whole computer, it wipe all programs like 'AudaCity' 'MSN' etc.

I'm not sure.
Vista system restore says it goes back in time but your documents and programs will be safe.
If you want it all wiped reformat and reinstall windows. That way 100% certain to erase 99% of itEx-janitor. Might pop in from time to time, otherwise you can grab all my information from http://jamesy.me.uk/
