    Default Tips to sooth BAD period pains?

    I get really, really bad period pains
    Anyone know any tips to sooth them?

    I've heard using a hot water bottle helps, or having a nice warm bath. Or, having some paracetamol, you could ask your doctor to give you something especially for it as I did that and it really helped.

    u can take 2 paracetamol and 2 ibuprofen tablets together upto every 4 hours

    I get these really badly. Go to the doctors, and i am going on the pill because of it. Nothing really has helped me yet, just bed rest.
