    Default deleting history/temp internet files/cookies

    my computer randomly freezes on certain pages.

    on hxf when it says you must wait blahblah seconds until you refresh again or whatever. i press refresh and it still says exactly the same
    but when i delete the history/temp internet files and cookies its alright again.

    whats up ?!!

    Internet Explorer 7/8
    tools > delete browsing history > select all > delete

    Firefox 2/3
    crtl + shift + delete > select all > clear private data

    All websites...

    on myspace too because when people most bulletins i can see them, refresh a few times to see if i have any comments/messages etc then it doesnt show some of the bulletins that i saw before! :S

    This may increse the bandwidth you use though But that doesnt matter if your internet service provider doesnt do download limits.
