I think this would be better if you accidentally double post instead of just editing the post you just submitted. Giving no excuses to people who double post and don't act on their actions.

Hi, names James. I am a web developer.
Multiple posting is a warn-able offense, so for proper evidense we leave the double posts there. This is so it is legit, and you can see clearly what you've done wrong.
Accidental double posts and legitable ones are generally ignored.

If you double post by accident you need to PM a Super Moderator asap so that they can merge the posts quickly and save issuing a warning in an undeserved cirumstance.
Although usually its blindingly obvious when someone has double posted by accident, the times on the posts are within 1, maybe 2 minutes on a bad day and the content of each post is exactly the same as the previous post (perhaps with some minor alterations if the poster has changed the post content then clicked submit again before the page has loaded).
So, really, there is already no excuse to be warned for accidental double posting because its down to you to PM a Super Moderator.![]()
Some times I cant edit my last post cos I click the edit button and nothing happens so I have to post again underneath![]()
We never warn people for accidentally double posting, if it's obviously a mistake we just handle it ourselves, no warning is really needed, it would be unfair if it was an accident. Sometimes the forum does lag or maybe your connection to the internet lagged could cause this to happen.
In some cases people aren't aware they've double posted by accident.
This is definitely and ONLY allowed if you have something new to add to the topic. Posting off topic, or not adding anything new to the topic after the 15 minutes, you will probably end up with a warning in your face.
Habbox do not delete posts / threads.
- We will not delete user accounts, user threads, posts, blog entries and/or blog replies or otherwise submitted content to our web site.
They just move them to moderator bin![]()
I'm not talking about double posting
Obviously they merge if its double posting unless its on purpose.
However if the thread needs removed, then its moved to the moderator bin![]()
