Hmm, your mic boost could be too far up.
Start > Programs > Control Panel > Hardware and sounds > Manage Audio devices > Recording > Properties > Levels
Take the level down a little and see what it sounds like, it may reduce it it could possibly make it too quiet, then it would be your mic. My mic has a very low noise in the background but it doesn't get picked up when I use a backing track (which I always do) - so if you're DJing you could do that until you get a new one.
Saying that there's probably a really simple way to get at it and the things you click may vary depending on your pc like I use vista.
do what jess said, If that doesn't work and you decide to buy a new one I suggest the creative headset, found in an argos store near you![]()
I love it when youflex like that
thanks for the replies & the help! x
im going to try fixing it before i buy![]()
