Design and code a new layout to Kalapalsta.com!

Hya everyone!

You may´ve heard of the finnish unofficiall fansite could Kalapalsta.com.
Thanks to our 5000 visitors in just four months and the enorm popularity the site has got, I decided that Kalapalsta needs a new layout.
The current layout is booring an not at all habbolike and booring, did I say that already?

So now we´re hoping that someone, a good graphic designer/pixel artist, would make something spectacular for the popular site!

It would be nice if you could code it as well, but it´s not neccecary.

Our requests for the new layout would be:

- Habbolike, please incorporate something from Habbo.
- Enough big, not small layouts please, seen them more than enough.
- Make it colourful.
- Make it look nice, don´t send us any work that you wouldn´t publish.
- Make it easy to use, the navigation, advertisement space, bannerspace....
- Make it look like those big popular habbofansites.
- Nice if something in the layout would move (animated)
- Be creative!
- Design a logo for Kalapalsta.com

And for the coding.

- Make it valid.
- CSS
- Drop down navigation (javascript) (like in Habbomatic & Habbomeadow)
- Dynamic PHP
