GTA IV Question!

If i pre-ordered the special edition of GTA IV ( 69.99 ) off play.com tonight, would i probs get it on day of release? It says the special edition is not sold out or anything?

ordering offline is always risky if you want it on release day. Im think they get the stock in abut2 days before and send it in the post. It depends on delivery aswell. If not, you would get in on thursday.

Either way, you will get ti because it says its not sold out. They put sold out when they dont have any

I think so. I've seen places like Gamestation and GAME that have special edition for release date.

I doubt it as unless it says on the item page that it guarntees release day delivery like Game.co.uk does then it isn't guarnteed. Also play doesnt have the option for you to select express delivery (next day) and so they operate a minimum of 3-5 working day delivery, so at best it will be wednesday if sent out monday morning to saturday depending when they send it out.

I'd risk going to a shop i think you'd stand a better chance of getting it quicker, unless your willing to wait knowing that your guarnteed to get it.

I dont think you will be able to pre order it now.

Just think, if you was the manager of a shop, you could have a copy before release date
