    try ringing your local branch:

    http://www.hbeu1.hsbc.com/ukservices...or/country.asp

or have you looked at this: http://www.hsbc.co.uk/1/2/personal/contact

if you ring any number im sure they will forward you to the right place. i remember when i rang up it said press 0 for customer service or something

    OooOoo God.
I went into my local branch to ring up. My card got lost in the post so i had to report it.
All i can say was that it was a very difficult conversation.
You would think in the actual branch they would make the effort to have a decent phone that worked and maybe to put you through to a call centre in this country but no.....
I couldnt hear a word this woman was saying (as the phone was broke) and i couldnt understand her as she was Indian. :S When she asked me for certain numbers i just gave her random ones in the hope they were right as i had no idea which one she was after lololol
