Basically, you can only do this upto once per 6 hours.
There's a mob in Dire Maul - Rare spawn he is, an elite fellow. Has about 58,000 HP. Drops Orbs of deception he does - Wonderful items, turns your from night elf to undead - how sexy is that?

58 elite, rare spawn. Has 58,000 HP, and hits on cloth for 900, mortal strike for 2,500, cleave for 800 and knockback for 800. In otherwords - He still hits quite hard. Has about 17% chance to drop an Orb. Respawns every 6 hours. He's in the arena, just outside of Dire Maul. Can't miss it.
Price on Silvermoon for the Orb: 800-1000g.

The only drop which is above 0.01% is from that rare spawn. Comes every 6-8 hours.
Only downside is, he hits really hard on cloth, and I'm a clothie. Still soloable though, but with that said, I'm in tier 6 so not sure if tier 4 (or PvP set) would do it.

No idea, but before when I just killed, I died at 1% as I ran out of mana and refused to pot for a level 58 elite.

I tried my hand at farming the three arena mobs on my Huntard, only encountered The Razza and he went down softly. Dropped a ring and some axe which both sold safely.
Now everytime I return the mobs never there. My luck eh

Spawns every 8 hours. I leave an alt there so I can quickly check if he's up.
Done him 3 times today, only 1 orb though. (Did get a Libram though, which sold for 150)
