About 2 weeks ago I realised that I was like eating when bored kind off, not majorly though. And since then I've only actually ate when I'm hungry. So it was
Breakfast (sugar puffs + added sugar)
Break (banana)
Lunch (sandwich)
Dinner (whatever mum cooks)
and some times a chelsea bun later.
This week I've been on half term, so I havnt stuck to the thing above, but I havnt gone for like biscuits and that all the time. However I look like I've actually put on weight, and the scales show I've gone up nearly half a stone (in the first week I lost half a stone); but overall I'm heavier then I was before I started this thing.
In the morning I do 21 push ups and 21 sit ups and a minute on 2 x 5kg hand weight things.
Can anyone try to explain please why I've like put on weight yet I'm eating less?
