Default How do I get BlueTooth on my PC?

I wanna get it on my PC so I can send pictures and music from my PC to my phone without using a Sim Card Reader, so how do I do it?

There either a USB adaptor or I think you can get Bluetooth PCI cards to install.

Avoid Belkin Bluetooth USB Dongle's they're overly-priced, they're not Vista compatible like they're meant to be and they make life hell

I've tried over three of theirs so I'm sure of this.
