I think there is something wrong with my disc, I've passed you Niel but I aint unlocked "Driving Mr.Bellic" and I can already use Taxi's, I guess it's because I got a early copy it's dodgey?

Does Roman give you access to his taxi? Thats how you get the Driving Mr. Bellic achievement. Go out with Roman, and offer to drive for him.
