Reputation is the most annoying thing on this forum. Why? Because of the way people are influenced by it. Why do we even have a pointless rep removal thread? Doesn't everyone say they don't care about rep? I mean, look at it this way. You tell me that Reputation does not matter, but then proceed to start freaking out at me if I -rep me? Its really sad! Heck, two months ago I saw somebody totally freak out, ****zing, call people sick, because he got -repped. Reputation influences too many people.

From the changes which were made alot of people now see the rep system as pointless as it is rather hard to gain rep powers now. So when people do -rep someone it is sort of a big deal because those points which someone just removed took a while for you to get. But ye, I wouldnt say it influnces people now, maybe before the changes.

Tbh the rep system is good. I hate it when people say HAH i have 11 rep power or something, but still i think it's an important but of the forum.

Theres nothing especially good to it, just something extra to look good on your mini profile thing. If you don't want it there, disable it?

The only thing you can really do with it is build it up and then give it away to other people. If you get -repped you should just learn to live with. I see no point in the remove reputation forum and the -rep feature is there for a reason.

I agree, it's phsyically impossible to gain reputation power now. 600 points is way too much, it should be 400 at the most. I doubt they'll change it again though.
