Hey,

Its the button for the "Habbo Guides" system

To get it, join the Guide group and reload the client

It's habbo guides tool, so you can find a habbo to assist. I think you need to join the group for it to show up.

I've had a quick look at this tool, but it seems to take forever to search for invitations. In the end I get so impatient and give up waiting for the invitations to be sent to me, so I log off.

Yeah It takes forever to search for invitations. How do they call for help?

When a new User registers, they automatically call I believe, hence why it takes ages, as not that many people register a day, compared with the amount of people helping.
