What does ClubHabbo use for ads at the bottom of there threads ect?
& is there a way that i can make it so that people can get VIP but only get it once?

They use a plugin which is on vBulletin.org search for "advert postbit" or something similar to that.

I think this is what you are looking for, ads can be added to the bottom of threads, in the footer and header or in the navbar. Usergroups can be excluded from viewing the ads but I don't think there is an option to have them only view the ads once.
