New Layout. Thoughts?

This is a layout I recently designed for cold-clown(habbocircus.net). Let me know your thoughts, as you know I'm always open to constructive criticism.

I like the top half but lower down is a bit unoriginal. Anyway, overall I like the layout, how much did you charge? (out of interest)

A bit empty and original but it's not too habbish, that's what I like ^^ It's a recent one, tell Cold-Clown to make less mistakes on his fansite!

Not to sure on the green, it's too bright,
and the navigation, the black seems, how do they say that.. dull/boring.

Other then that it's okay,
but like someone said, not worth £20

Don't like Trebuchet MS in Habbo layouts, or fonts simular.

The green in the header clashes with the black.

The green is disgusting and doesn't look habbo-ey at all.

The navigation is plain and weird because of the white outline.

The bottom half is completely unoriginal. There is no 'consistancy' in the layout and it's rather boring to look at.
