I think the red one is for battleball.
The blue one is for snowstorm.
And the kapow one is for wobblesquabble.

Basically he's saying because UK are freezing the leaderboard the top 10 or 5 or any number may be given one of the badges above related to the game they are in top 10 or 5 etc at.
