    Default Restore

Andy, this shouldent be a problem! All you have to do is to ask you're host to roll you back one day from you're daily backup. Vwala you're forum will be restored to the previous state

He doesn't have one. The auto-backp has gone weird he says.

    Any other suggestions?

    Default Auto-Backup

That's very unprofessional of you're host not to take a daily backup. I reccomend you move to one which does.

No i'm sorry but the only two way's i know of is if you have a backup taken of you're forum or you get you're host to roll back the account.

Sorry i couldent help you further,

    Default Another idea

Is you're host selling off a reseller package? Because if he is his host might take daily backups of all the sites hes hosting.
