I dont know if anyone knows alot about moibles on here but im in need of some urgent help.

I bought a SE w580i from ebay, on the description it said it was all working and everything. So when i received it this morning when i turn it on the, -/C button flashes red. And the mobile doesnt switch on at all.

Im just wondering if anyones knows whats up with it and if it can be fixed from a local mobile phone shop.


Thanks for any info on what up with the phone and how i can fix it.
