either HDMI (if your pc supports it) or VGA.

Usa a VGA. Connecting a PC via HDMI sucks for quality.

That's a DVI port. You'll need a DVI to VGA converter, did the card not come with one?

    +Rep anyway,
I don't recommend using HDMI for it, and you'll have to either run the sound through your PC speakers or buy a 3.5mm male to 3.5mm male to connect your PC to TV for the sound.

    DVI to VGA http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cabling4Less...6563798&sr=8-1
    For audio to TV http://www.amazon.co.uk/3-5mm-Stereo...6563867&sr=1-1
    VGA cable http://www.amazon.co.uk/Belkin-Pro-M...6563925&sr=1-1

5m should be plenty. Shorter ones are cheaper though.

No that's an adapter, it sounds like you won't need one as you have one already.
