Seems pretty cool and a good idea. You also get rewards for doing them.

Um, This is a copy of guild wars's achievement system they have had for a few years :S

Yea but in GuildWars you only get titles as rewards but i do agree it is abit of a copy.
"Some achievements come with in-game rewards such as tabards, vanity pets, and titles"

with the achievements you get titles and in game bonuses like better chance of getting a gold item from chests and so on, in game emotes etc.

Also, its inevitable that some games copy others, you cant be 100% original all the time.
