Getting My accont back?!

i had an accont - called xplayxgirlxsazx

i took a break and come back cant get into my accont. it seems the password and email has been changed, as the email help thinkg doesnt reconise my email!

also on there homepage it says 'my great friend saz gave me this accont'
which of course did not happen

can anyone help me!!??

Make another Habbo account, try and use a different email address to the one you used previously, make sure you verify your account, then use your new Habbo to email Habbo using the Help Tool, and explain your problem. You will need to prove you own the account xplayxgirlxsazx, so be prepared to give lots of detail, ie the date of birth you registered, the email address you used too, and anything that helps to prove you are the rightful owner. Do try and figure out how your account was stolen. Did you use an easy password? Do you scan your computer regularly? Have you visited any dodgy sites? Have a think!

ty for the help, i made a new accont a couple of days ago.

i really cant remember the date of birth on that accont though !
its saying that its not my real DOB which im sure it would be.

ive mailed them with details such of my HC statues, my friends on there, the rooms i had (eg my casino) etc

my pw wasnt easy, i dont go on any dodgy sites and my comps scaned everyday!

Date of birth can't be changed, so maybe you made a mistake when you created the account. Sounds like you've already done the right thing, as long as you've replied to the automated email reply, you are on the right road to trying to recover your stolen account

Mabey you just entered a ramdom DOb when creating the account if you know the email look forthe welcome message which contains you DOB
