    Default Do dell do deals?

Eg if you buy two you get discounts?

My dad is known for his bargining skills and would happily go to PC world as my sister needs a laptop aswell.

Thing is, I'd particulary like a Dell Studio 15. It'd be mainly for everyday use, maybe a bit of gaming and college work.

If you can think of a better one in the shops, please post.

Well it's quite hard to try and bargain over the internet. But PC world actually do sell Dell computers, so it's worth a look just to see if they have the model on sale there. Chances are though the price would be a little higher.

PC world and Currys have signed a contract with dell to resell there products.

    :

Dell, famous for it’s direct selling model, have signed a deal with DSGi to sell Dell PC’s through their various chains - Currys, Dixons & PC World. As well as selling Dell PC’s, DSGi will also provide technical support for the machines.
Customers will now have the option of visiting their local PC store and buying a new Dell computer straight off the shelf. Given that Dell will continue to sell direct, I can’t see them offering any discounts through the DSGi outlets. So on the downside, Dell PC’s bought in-store will probably be slightly more expensive and depending on stock levels, could be more “out of date” than a machine bought direct.

On the adverts it used 2 say

"You cant find us in store, So buy direct from Dell"

Im getting the same one though Dell are really tight on giving out any discounts. Ive tried for a good 3 days.

Usually if you buy in bulk, like 5+ machines you would get a discount, but you only want two so I doubt it very much
