Hi peeps i really need your help!

I have an idea for a website but im useless at making it. I need someone to kindly make me a website layout.

My site will be like the TV Below



Where the black area will be where the content (im making it on flash soo ill have a flash movie inside it) i need someone to kindly use there expertise and make the layout so that i can put the flash movie in the middle.

The Prize

It will be some sort of rare maybe a hc sofa or 2 depending on how good it is. There will be +Rep for all that try
