Hi, recently I've been sleeping on average around 12 hours a day during the holidays - 1 day I even slept for 15 hours! I don't really feel tired when I go to bed but I don't wake up till early afternoon. Also there have been a few days where I have tried to get to sleep but couldn't and ended up laying awake all night. I haven't really been using much energy recently so that could be why, but I'm not really sure.
Any suggestion why this could be happening?

But, I only sleep properly for 7-8 hours, because I get really hot. As has been said, diet could be a factor or maybe the heat could be causing you to sleep longer.
