    Default The Olympic Diet

    Breakfast
    -three fried-egg sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise.
    -two cups of coffee
    -an omelette - containing five eggs
    -a bowl of porridge.
    -three slices of French toast, with powdered sugar on top
    -three chocolate chip pancakes.

    Lunch
    -half a kilogram - ie a whole packet - of enriched pasta
    -two large ham and cheese sandwiches. On white bread with loads of mayo on top.
    -1,000 calories of energy drink.

    Dinner
    -half kilo of enriched pasta
    -an entire pizza and another 1,000 calories of energy drinks.

    The person who shovels all this down looks like this.


    Just goes to show the real importance of exercise over dieting I suppose.

    I don't think the fact that he's an American plays a part in it, but that he's an olmypic athlete that's raced over 3km in a week :rolleyes:
