Cant log in to habbo.ca

Ok, when i try and log onto habbo hotel.ca i cant get past the shockwave loading screen and iv already

-reinstalled shockwave
-emptied the temporary internet files
-checked with system admin, they said they didnt block habbo
-tried reloading and opening new windows with Ctrl + N
-tried emailing habbo, they just send me a buinch of stuff already on their help page that didnt help me
-emailed hobtech.net, havent heard back from them and its been a month already

can somebody help me, i really want to go on habbo again, and if it matters, i live in Prince George BC, canada
