Runescape in healthy doses

I was speaking to some guy with really high levels, 99 in about three skills, and I was asking him why he plays so much, and doesn't he think it's a bit sad to play so much, but he said he does a lot of other stuff and only plays runescape occasionally, but surely his levels tell another story?
Loads of people I know who still play runescape on here say they play only a bit, yet they have really high levels.... Are they just lying or does a bit of runescape every day actually add up?

it depends upon how long these people thing 'a bit' is. It could be from 1 hour to 5 hours.

I only play rs at night for a couple of hours and i think i've got quite a good account.

depends on wot ur doin and wot ur like say if u can or cant get distracted, i put things before rs and i know i play alot but its not bringing my life down in anyway so i see nothing wrong with it

I use rs as a time waster , since theres nothing really good on tv, i just play rs till i make plans =/ So yeah abit could be how much the person thinks a bit is
