Default torrents do they take up all my HD?

I have about 8 gig of music in itunes, but i download about 300mb worth of music off torrents, and i look in my hd and like 700mb has gone :S

my hard drive is sinking memory!

    Shouldn't do.

My uTorrent uses space for what is downloaded, no more, no less. :S

The only thinks I can think of is that you removed the files without telling your bittorrent client so it's downloading it again (unlikely, it shouldn't have let you move them) or that you have something else downloading and "Pre-allocate files space" is active.
